​David has 27 year's financial services executive search experience and focuses on C-suite mandates as well as building functional and digital leadership management teams.  

 

His clients span a wide spectrum of businesses including, digital/crypto trading, custody and VC businesses, high-growth financial, regulatory and risk technology companies,  commodities trading, mid-market specialists and complex, international wholesale and consumer banks. 

 

His portfolio of work spans a wide geographical footprint, covering  UK/Europe, U.S, Middle East, South-East Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore specifically). He has recently built VC and institutionally backed management (and C-1 functional and product specialist) teams across Middle-East, Asia and North America.

 

David previously built successful practices for global, listed and boutique executive search firms serving the financial services industry as well as built and maintained global enterprise level relationships for these companies.  David  remains totally hands on with all clients he works with and since starting DBC, has closed 100% of all mandates awarded.

 

David previously worked with both Tom Nalder and Colin Smith, prior to founding DBC. ​
